Members of the union from various institutions in the south west gathered at the school gate en mass to create awareness to the general public over the maltreatment of their staff. Students are allowed to travel home for the mid-semester break after completing their examinations. Students who wish to remain on campus during the mid-semester break will be allowed to do so on condition that they will be of good behavior and conduct themselves in decent and morally upright manner, and in strict compliance with the rules and regulations of the University.
